As we prepare to celebrate the traditional Vietnamese New Year, Tet, please be advised that our operations will be temporarily paused during the following period:

February 8, 2024 (Thursday) to February 14, 2024 (Wednesday)

Throughout this time, all business activities, including customer support, will be on hold. Moreover, on February 15 (Thursday) and February 16 (Friday) following Tet, a limited number of our team members will be available, potentially causing some delays in response times. If you have any questions or requests related to business activities around the closure period, please feel free to reach out by February 7.
