ICD Vietnam Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the company), we are aware that information security measures and personal information management are extremely important responsibilities to protect information assets to protect our company from threats.

Here, regarding information security, we have outlined a basic information security policy to unify company-wide intentions and to practice appropriate information management, and work to prevent block security incidents and accidents and take continuous information security measures.

    We take measures to protect information security and balance many aspects such as equipment, technology, mode ..., arising provisions related to information security, as well as respond promptly in case of an unfortunate incident.

    We will appoint managers for all-important financial products and endeavour for information security measures.

    Based on various public standards and guidelines related to information security and law, we will take specific, clear measures in our internal rules and strive for continual improvement.

    In the unfortunate case of a security incident to information assets,… we will quickly investigate clearly the cause, try to minimize damage and prevent a recurrence.

    We will explain and educate those who use company information assets about the importance of confidentiality and related regulations. At the same time requires clear responsibility for the violations.
