We were in charge of re-designing service manuals for a big name IT solutions corporation.
Our challenge is to improve the visual design as well as the structure of information, so that the content is engaging and easy-to-read, comparing to the old design which has too many walls of text and an outdated design. We create the book with the brand’s image in mind and from there, re-design the layout and illustrations that help viewers easily follow and encourage them to read more about details provided in the book.
